What to do if something isn't right with your order.

Return window

Items can be returned within 7 days of the order being marked Shipped, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging.

If an item arrives wrong or damaged, sign in and check the order on your Orders page — a store can mark it as an Issue while it's sorted out.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method (Card or PromptPay) once a return is confirmed by the store.
