How do I pay?

At checkout, choose Card (Visa/Mastercard) or PromptPay. Card payments may need a one-time bank confirmation step; PromptPay shows a QR code to scan in your banking app.

Where do I see my orders?

Sign in and open the Orders page from the top menu to see every order's status, total, and tracking number once it ships.

What is Super Fan membership?

Super Fan is an optional paid membership (Free, or a paid tier) you can join any time from the top menu after signing in — it's separate from your account and from any single order.

I forgot to update my details

Sign in, open the account menu in the top-right, and choose Account settings to update your name, photo, birthday, or saved addresses.
