How shipping works when you check out at Aqualuna House.

Shipping fee

A flat ฿5.00 shipping fee is added once your cart has items in it. If your cart has products from more than one store, only the first store's order carries the shipping fee — the rest ship free in the same checkout.

When your order ships

Orders move to Packing only after payment is confirmed (Card or PromptPay). You can follow an order's status — Pending, Paid, Packing, Ready, Shipped — from the Orders page once you're signed in.

Tracking

Once an order is marked Shipped, its tracking number (if provided) shows up on the same order in your Orders page.
